SLOW riding scooter passes car in a corner (big mistake) and suddenly lowsided in front of the car.
It almost looked like the car behind bumped the rider's bike....but there was no contact.
Minor road rash injuries. The rider did NOT hit anything.
This video is designed to inform and educate about safe vs. unsafe riding techniques & practices.
